🏠 Real Estate Market Update May 2023

“Edmonton Sees Year-Over-Year Growth in Detached Average Price” – The latest headline from Edmonton Real Estate Association. Single-family detached homes saw a dramatic 34.4% increase from April and went for an average of $512,338  increasing from $500,635 last month, semi-detached went for about $381,968, and row/townhouses sold at $253,417.
