Jarett knows what he is doing and has great vision. I owned a house that I was renting out and it got completely trashed. It was a terrible situation that nearly left me traumatized. Jarett helped me completely understand what my options were. He was very direct but also very kind. He gave me the solid advice I needed to get through a dilemma. At the same time, Jarett was not pushy and only gave me his opinion when asked. In the end I was able to sell the house with a minimal amount of pain, thanks to Jarett’s invaluable help. 10/10 would recommend.
