How it Works
When you have decided to make the leap from Renter to Homeowner, we will work with your Landlord to help you end your lease early and start the process of purchasing your own home.
We will coordinate the timing of the end of your lease and home purchase! We will time it right so you can end your lease early or if needed, extend the lease. You might extend the lease to save more money for a down payment, to pack or you just need more time. Not only will we coordinate your home purchase date and lease date, we will also waive any fees to end your lease early.
One of our Agents at our office that will help you find the home that works best for you. From finding the right type of home (factors such as size, location, budget, lifestyle needs) and securing financing with lawyers to getting the keys on moving day – we will help you every step of the way.

How to Get Started
To get started, simply contact myself or your Leasing Agent via phone, text, or email and let us know that you’d like to join the Golden Ticket Program!
We will assign you to a Buyer’s Agent from our office. This can also be any leasing agent that has helped you move into your current space! From there, you and your Agent will discuss your timeline (when you want to purchase a home, plans for moving) and start the search for the right type of home for you.
The Steps
- Reach Out to Us: Thinking of making the change from Renter to Homeowner? Contact our office to jumpstart the Golden Ticket to Homeownership with Realty Executives Focus. We will work on your timeline. Whether its in a few months
- Mortgage Pre-Approval: We will connect you with a Mortgage Broker for a mortgage pre-approval. A mortgage pre-approval is a great first step in determining your home. It means a lender has looked at your financial background and determined how much home you can afford. Getting pre-approved can also save you valuable time by identifying home much you can afford, so you can target your home search to your price level.
- Start Your Home Search: Once you’ve figured out your budget, you and your agent can start looking at your potential new home. Factors such as lifestyle needs, location, type of house all come into play here. You’ve found the perfect home. It’s time to put an offer in – down payment, purchase price, possession date (when you want to move in), and home conditions are put into action. Our team will coordinate with your landlord to either end your lease agreement early or extend the lease. We will waive any breaking lease fees!
- Writing an Offer: You’ve found the perfect home for you. It’s time to write an offer! We negotiate an offer and if a.. We will help make all the Lease and Home Ownership Dates work. Now this is the waiting game. At this time, we wait for conditions such as home inspection and financing (if they are part of the home contract) to be waived. Once these conditions are removed, the house is officially sold and you are now a home owner!
- Welcome Home: This is most exciting day yet! Congratulations you get the key to your home. Receive the keys on Possession Day, pack your belongings and earn $1000!
